Return and replacement of goods of proper quality

The buyer has the right to replace or return the product of proper quality in accordance with the relevant legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

The product of proper quality is replaced or returned if the specified product has not been used, its product appearance, factory packaging, consumer characteristics, warranty stamps, product labels are preserved, as well as the document certifying the fact of payment issued to the consumer or other settlement document that will prove the fact of the purchase of the product from «Booshtoonts».

The costs associated with delivering the product of proper quality to the seller’s location for the purpose of returning or replacing it are borne by the buyer.

Return and replacement of goods of non-proper quality

A buyer who has received a product of inadequate quality has the right to demand that the poor-quality product be replaced with a product of adequate quality or to demand a refund of the amount paid.
